We offer worldwide shipping! Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Free Shipping: Orders over $50 USD will receive free shipping at checkout. Valid for United States orders only. Max shipping cost of $10.

Processing time: In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow a few extra business days if your order contains a customized dog tag. For made-to-order items such as tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, etc., the estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout.

Transit time: The estimated transit time will vary based on the shipping service selected at checkout as well as your location. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days after the ship date.

Tracking: All orders will include a tracking number. You should receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder because sometimes the shipment confirmation emails can end up there. Tracking and delivery confirmation may not be available for certain countries outside the United States.

International orders: If applicable, taxes/duties will be collected at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays or for customs fees/duties that some countries may require.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Please contact the shipping courier or local post office regarding these types of issues.

We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address or invalid address format. If your shipment is returned due to an invalid/incorrect shipping address, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee to re-ship your order. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after your order is placed, please contact us right away. The shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

Returns

Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 30 days after the date the order was placed. We cannot accept late returns. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, free of any odors, pet hair or stains, and in the same condition that you received it in. The item(s) must also be in the original plastic packaging (if applicable). Any items that do not meet the criteria will be denied a refund. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label for returning the item(s), unless it was due to a mistake on our part. You may use the original packaging that the item was shipped in (make sure to remove or cover up the original label) or you may use another package of your choice. Exclusions

Please note that certain items including customized dog tags and made-to-order items such as tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, or stickers, are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any item returned after 30 days or any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be rejected for a refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit is granted.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping label will be subtracted from the refunded amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you selected to receive store credit for your returned item, the store credit will be sent to you via email once your returned item has been received and approved.
